Elaine Hanna started with MAMTC in 1991 as a Field Engineer assisting clients with their TQM implementations and training needs. Elaine helped create and develop the State of Kansas Quality Award program in 1995. That program continues to recognize organizations on their journey toward world class utilizing the Malcolm Baldrige criteria. She is also a Major in the Army Reserves and served in Desert Storm.
